Yvette has 10 years experience of working within a variety of commercial environments including charity, health and consultancy sectors in administrative, secretarial and information management positions. She decided to become self employed while pregnant with her first baby who was born in October 2005. She began working as a Virtual Assistant from home in early 2006 and that is when Plan-It Purple Virtual Assistance was born.
Yvette has strong IT and office skills and is an advanced user of several computer software packages including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. She also holds a BA(Hons) in Business Administration and has completed RSA I & II in typewriting.
In addition to the usual administrative / secretarial skills that a Virtual Assitant offers, Yvette has extensive experience in research and information management. Therefore, if you have large amounts of information whether it be in a database, spreadsheet or any other form that needs to be updated, analysed, collated, restructured etc., Yvette is the virtual assistant to contact.
Also, if you need anything researched and presented in a report she can help. In the past she has carried out research / information management for many different sectors including plane crashes for an aviation loss adjusters so anything goes and nothing phases her!
